Where we ship
Orders are accepted from the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia. Any other destination is refused at checkout. Delivery estimates for each destination will be published before orders open.
Processing and delivery
Processing times, carriers and delivery estimates will be shown separately so customers can tell dispatch time from transit time.
Tracking updates
A shipping confirmation will contain the tracking number. International tracking can take several business days to become active.
Packaging
The final packaging description will reflect the actual fulfilment process and customs documentation.
